If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (shipping costs will not be refunded under our change of mind policy), subject to these conditions:

• Meeting the requirements of the refund policy;

• Your goods being in “as new condition”;

• Return is accompanied by proof of purchase.

Definition of “as new condition”; the item must not have been worn and must be in the condition it was sent with no damage, scratches or signs of wear. Determination of an item matching “as new condition” is the sole discretion of Refined by the Sea.

Due to hygiene reasons earrings are not eligible for the 14 day change of mind policy.

Refined by the Sea will accept returns and provide you with a refund (refund will be provided using original payment method) or exchange where goods are:

• faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or

• does not match the sample of our description; and

• you return it within 14 days of delivery and can provide proof of purchase.

Refined by the Sea reserves the right to inspect a returned product to determine the nature of the fault. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or exchange where the fault is the result of misuse or neglect.

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact Refined by the Sea by using the contact page and we will seek to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If possible, items should be returned in their original packaging. Please include a copy of your order email in the package.

All return shipping costs is to be paid by the customer. In the case of an item being returned because of it being faulty, shipping costs will be refunded.

All returns are subject to being inspected by Refined by the Sea before a refund is processed. We will refund you in the same way you purchased your order, excluding any shipping charges, within 10 business days of receiving your returned item.
